Team event with ESRs from Maastricht University and KU Leuven

In early June 2021, for the first time since sanitary measures were relieved, ESRs Claudia and Ahmed from Maastricht and ESRs Nitin and Paulo from Leuven met each other phisically.

In a Sunday trip to the charming historical town of Monschau in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, the teammates did important parts of research work that had been pending: team bonding and travelling, which are some the perks of an international project such as MARCIUS.

This event marked the beginning of a summer of closer cooperation and interaction between those teams.
